A new way to get fit or the same blatant association to gentlemen’s clubs?  Well here is my very small take on it.  I was asked to set up a photo shoot for a local pole fitness group.  The girls involved wanted images making that showed their progress and general skill level since starting their pole journey.  What I witnessed during my day with them, was not a question of pole “dancing”, there was no eroticism or sexuality often associated with the usual bachelor party or boys night out, what there was, was incredible strength, self-confidence, fluidity of movement, and creativity.

Each girl had a thirty-minute time slot for their shoot and I can tell you that after those thirty minutes, every single one of them was physically knackered.  The effort put into getting into each move and holding it whilst I made an image was incredible and I take my hat off to them.
